Razer Viper 8khz keeps disconnecting after few seconds of use | Razer Insider

I bought this Razer Viper 8k mouse 1 week ago and it worked fine until a few days ago. I got it replaced from where I bought it (only a 1-time replacement ), I tested it where we bought it and It was working fine, I wasn't disconnecting after a few seconds of clicking stuff. I then tried it at home and as expected it was fine. Then after a few minutes, the mouse just disconnected. I was gonna try contacting Razer Customer Support but it was NA and CA only and I'm from PH so that wasn't an option. My only option left was to go to the Raze forums and ask for help there and that's how I ended up here. Please help me I am desperate.

some additional stuff (might be useful, might not be):

-mouse was connected directly to my laptop and not in a USB hub.

-I did not tamper with the mouse at all except for Razer Synapse.

-I have not hit it against the wall or smacked it on my desk (I don't rage that often).
