Razer Viper 8khz mouse does not work

I am writing this because i do not know what else to do. Last week i switched from the original Razer Viper to the Razer Viper 8000hz mouse (Product number is RZ01-03580100 if it matters). Over the course of the weekend the mouse was not detected  by my computer on start-up so i had to manually unplug it for the mouse to work  and the Mouse1 button randomly stopped working in the middle of a game.
 
Once i googled it i discovered that someone else had the exact same issue as me and suggested i install the firmware update for the mouse from the website. 

The issue of no detection was solved, however it created a bigger issue with Mouse1 and Mouse2 as they both stopped responding in the middle of browsing or playing  videogames. I tried to reset the mouse drivers, tried a different computer, deleted Razer Synapse from my Computer and nothing has changed, the Mouse1 still randomly stops working and can only work again after being unplugged and plugged in (i think i have done that 20 times over the last 24 hours). At this point i do not know what to do….

Can you please help me with this issue?
