razer viper 8khz not working after restart

so i bought it 3 months ago and this has been happening recently. When i boot up my pc my mouse dosent work and i re plug it a million times and somewhat starts working normally for the entirety of my gaming session but when i turn off my system and reboot it it happens all over again and when its not working only the dpi light is on please help. (note: ive tried it on different systems i got the same results)
