razer viper 8KHZ polling rate maxes out at 3635HZ even though 8HZ is selected

Hello, I bought Viper 8khz and had no problems with it. I changed the polling rate example to 8000 hz and it worked perfectly. How do I know this because in some games whoever you play and have selected 8khz polling rate it often hangs because the game doesn't I am definitely confronted with the polling rate. After a few months I did a polling rate test and I got a maximum polling rate of 3635HZ, which I find really stupid since I selected 8khz. What can I do? I need help
