Razer Viper allergic to charging | Razer Insider

I've had the Razer Viper in mint condition for a year or two? My brother got it for me as a birthday gift & I haven't even been able to use it as often as I'd like. Even now i'm using an old deathadder with broken clicking buttons because I literally can't use the Viper. When it's on the charger, it just, won't charge, it will have the lights come on and off signifying it's charging, even with the charging symbol in Synapse, but literally just refuses to charge, like it's allergic to energy. However, If i put it on the charger and then firmly press it against something, almost like prying it against a surface forcing the connections to touch, then it will charge sometimes, it's never a guaranteed if this thing charges or not, and i'll never get another wireless mouse in my lifetime because of it. In all honesty it's had better luck charging with the mouse & charger completely upside down. It'll flicker time to time & overall will only get up to about 10% regardless though. Sometimes if i'm lucky it will fully charge upside down after an entire night of waiting, and I don't know whether I just got a faulty charger, or if the metal bits that plug into the charger on the mouse are bad, I just wanna use my mouse dude, I'm so tired of messing with it or leaving it charging all night to see that it decided to stop charging at 15% without any interference. Like I know it's not normal to have to literally force this thing with weight to charge, it slips downward and won't charge, like it was designed poorly with this downward slant. I'm making this post to see if anyone else has had the same issue and what they did, whether it be replace the charger and how they went about it, I just don't wanna put more money into something that isn't my fault & I can't figure out how to just contact Razer Support bc I get stuck in a loop on the website.
