Razer Viper Hyperspeed

After a recent Razer software update 8/24 my mouse (Razer viper v3 hyperspeed) stopped working.  Only works once I restart the mouse, and then too only for a few seconds. It shows low battery even with a new battery and I already tried to download the update for the mouse. Please help.

Try to update your mouse’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your Viper V3 HyperSpeed’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
