Razer Viper Hyperspeed V3 constantly disconnecting & skipping

Hello, I have made sure that the firmware is updating. But unfortunately my mouse constantly disconnects randomly, and the disconnect sound from Windows doesn’t play. It will randomly stop being recognized on Razer Synapse aswell, and only starts to work again if i turn it off then on again but it happens frequently. Along with that, the mouse skips a lot and seems laggy. I’ve had this issue for a while but it stopped for a couple months then came back.
