Razer Viper Isn't recognized on Synapse 3 through the MacBook

Hey, I read online through another forum that some mouse and keyboards are not recognizable through synapse when using a MacBook. I bought the Razer Viper, and I'm trying to use synapse but obviously I can't. Is there any way around this or is there way to possibly buy windows 7, and launch the synapse 3 app through there, would it be recognized then? Thank you.

    Update: Didn't realize I needed to register the mouse online, re downloading synapse to see if the registration was the issue. Update: Didn't work.
