I recently bought a Viper Mini and the synapse is not detecting it, also the serial number wasn’t working when I tried to register it, what should i do?

I’m here to help. Even if the mouse isn't detected through Razer Synapse, are you still able to move the cursor with it? Ensure that you are directly plugging in your device to a USB port on your PC and not to a USB hub. Please also try logging in to Razer Synapse using the test account credentials below:
- Email: testingrazer1@gmail.com
- Password: testingrazer1
