Razer Viper Mini can be click but cannot be drag

Hi, I bought a raze viper mini 3months ago it suddenly stopped working today I tried updating my drivers, reinstalling the razer synapse, I even tried it to plug it on my sister's laptop and indeed it doesn't work anymore, the mouse still lights up, It's still responsive when I click but when I drag I can't I think the sensor is broken is there any way it can be fixed?

    Does the issue also occur without Synapse in the background? Please PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and look for a way to sort this out. If you can, please also send me a short video clip showing the issue for further review. You can upload it on Google Drive and send me the sharable link. Here's how to find the shareable link for the files: 1. Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share. 2. Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box. 3. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to the "Anyone with the link." down arrow icon. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
