Razer Viper Mini Middle Mouse Button not registering and misfiring.

I purchased my Viper Mini on March 20th and as of July 9th, the middle mouse button requires me to use an extraordinary amount of force for it to register and even if it does it misfires, registering multiple clicks. Could use some help.
