I bought the razer viper mini 2.5 years ago and it randomly, while watching a show, started disconnecting and reconnecting constantly.
This has never been an issue before and the connecting issue persists without end and when connected to a different usb port and even a different device.
I always took good care of it so I don't know what could've caused it. If anybody has ideas as to what it could be I'd be and how I can go about fixing it I'd grateful, thanks.

Please bear with me for a bit. Just for isolation, can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
