Hi Guys

 

I would like to know if anyone had same problem with me.

so i had razer viper mini that i bought long time ago and recently i want to use it just to use the macro feature in the synapse.

it was working perfectly several days ago but it suddenly not working today.

i already try install and reinstall the synapse, update the windows, clear the driver using CleanupRazerDrivers, try to connect to linux still not detected on hardware level(both using terminal in linux lsusb or device manager in windows 11)

 

When i plug it, i can see the sensor light, but still didn’t working.

no rgb light showing up, i guess because i turn it off in the software long time ago.

Let’s check if any software is causing the issue. We can start with Razer Synapse. Kindly, exit all apps by going to your System Tray, locate the Synapse Icon, right click and choose “Exit All Apps”.

Also, could send me a screenshot from the Device Manager so I can check if there a mouse detected. You can upload the clip to Google Drive and PM me the shareable link. I hope to hear from you soon.
