i got this mouse may 2023 and until yesterday it was perfectly fine but suddenly lights went off and pc is not seeing the mouse , laser is on when i plug the usb but no rgb and no control , could you help me is it software problem or physical , i never dropped it or smashed it .

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Viper Mini’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
