Razer viper mini rgb not working

Omds bro how can I fix that my rgb lights on my razer viper mini mouse don't work, it detects the mouse and everything but when I connect it they turn on for a moment and then turn off, how can I fix that?

    Let me check on your mouse. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the LED issue you're currently experiencing.
