Razer Viper Mini SE won't charge

Question

Hi, my mouse is not charging when plugged in. It's stuck at 0%, even while connected.It was working fine yesterday, but when i came back today the mouse wasn’t responding and the battery was empty.The mouse works when plugged in, but it dies about 10 seconds after I unplug it.What I’ve tried:Changed the charging cable	Changed the USB port	Charged from another PC without Synapse	Followed this guide: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4122/~/how-to-fix-a-razer-mouse-battery-that-does-not-charge — but I can't turn off the mouse, and charging it for 30 minutes didn’t help	Upgraded Synapse from version 3 to 4	Updating the firmware through Synapse 4	Manually updated the driver to version 1.05 (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9682)	Reset the mouse to factory settings via Synapse	Performed a manual reset by holding the left, middle, and right buttons for 7 seconds

Also, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its warranty details.
