My side buttons on the viper mini became loose. I see that warranty lasts 2 years and I purchased it off the amazon razer store within that time span. I already submitted a ticket however I’m writting here to confirm that I am actually eligible for the warranty and I hope to get this resolved quicker than the just submitting a ticket.
Do I have warranty even if I purchased it on Amazon?
What are the options for compensation?
