My side buttons on the viper mini became loose. I see that warranty lasts 2 years and I purchased it off the amazon razer store within that time span. I already submitted a ticket however I’m writting here to confirm that I am actually eligible for the warranty and I hope to get this resolved quicker than the just submitting a ticket.

 

Do I have warranty even if I purchased it on Amazon?

 

What are the options for compensation? 

 

 

Yes you still have warranty, but if bought through amazon, then I’d RMA it at amazon.

Viper Mini is EOL, so probably you’ll get Razer Cobra as a replacement.
