Razer Viper mini Signature edition | Mouse button Issues

So I recently purchased my razer viper mini signature edition and after just one month the first side button is no longer functioning I do not know why since I have treated this mouse like a king and never dropped it and I don't really know what I should do about it. Is this common? I mean this is a 290 dollar mouse I would expect it to last a long time

Literally got the mouse 2 days ago treated it perfectly, and both of the side buttons don’t work for no reason at all.

My mouse button 4 isn’t working properly. For a mouse this expensive it should last longer than 5 months
