I’ve had this viper v2 pro for quite some time and pretty sure it’s no longer under warranty
Recently I’ve been noticing constant dropping of wireless connectivity and after searching around the web, there was a firmware update available to hopefully fix the issue. However, after updating the firmware of the dongle, it is no longer recognized by the PC. (I’ve tried both PC and laptop)
From Google search it seems like this is a common issue. Is there any way to get a replacement dongle?
When the mouse is connected by cable it works flawlessly.
