I have a razer viper rz01-0255, a week ago I was playing my games when my mice just disconnected and reconnected, i thought was just a bug and ignored, but every time now my mouse disconnect and reconnect again, I tried to do some things like update firmware, disable turn off USB to save power, uninstall razer synapse, uninstall mice drivers, but still with this problem, Is anyone else having the same problem?
