Eu tenho um mouse a 1 ano da marca razer que comprei, que vinha junto de um mousepad gigantus v2, o mouse é o razer viper rz01-0255, e nos últimos tempos, semanas ele tem desconectado sozinho e logo após desconectar ele conectava novamente, tentei desinstslar o app razer synapse 4, reinstalar, trocar de porta, tentei também desabilitar a opção de desligar para economizar bateria e também testei em outro notebook, e mesmo assim o problema persistiu, alguém teve o mesmo problema e conseguiu resolver?
