RAZER VIPER TRACKIN PROBLEMS

Hello guys, I bought a razer viper mouse in 2019. Until now, in 2021, the mice worked perfectly. However, since jan-fev I've problems with the tracking system. How I play CS, BattleFied, is easy to see the issues with tracking my movement. I installed the last firmare (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4646/kw/viper), even so the issues continues. Someone had/have the same problem? Ty guys

Were there any incidents that happened to the device before the issue? Have you connected your Razer Viper to a different computer and see if the issue is the same? Let's isolate the behavior by performing the steps from this link. Let me know if it helps.
