So I just bought a brand new Razer Viper Ultimate, and the mouse won’t turn on when not connected with the charging cable. When plugged in, the mouse works perfectly fine with all features and Synapse. I have updated my firmware, paired the dongle and my mouse, made sure Windows is up to date, I have Razer Synapse up to date and the mouse is fully charged, (says 100% in app), and I have also had it off plugged in for hours and still wont turn on when I put the switch in the on position. Any help?
