RAZER VIPER ULTIMATE 1 BATTERY ISSUE

have a razer viper ultimate ive had since dec of 2020 that now recently doesnt seem to hold any charge at all. razer synapse indicates that its always at 94-95 percent but when its removed from the cable it dies within an hour of usage max.  the mouse has pretty much been used daily setup with 1000hz, 3200dpi and zero rgb lights.

is this battery really got such a short lifespan? in the past year its mostly just been used wired with the type of games ive played. and it has not had any insane amout of cycles.
