Hello, my razer viper ultimate has starting to have connectivity issues to connect with the docl, and when it connects, says thats charging but the battery is dying, and when I charge it with the cable, charges pretty well bit the battery doesn't last longer than 5 hours, how can i solve this?

I’m here to help. Please perform the following steps laid out below to fix the issue:
1. Update your device firmware here.
2. Ensure no debris or dust is impeding the contact between the mouse and the mouse charging dock.
a. Clean both the pins on the dock and the mouse charging contact surface.
b. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove larger debris from the pogo pins and the contact surface.
c. Use a cotton bud slightly soaked in isopropyl alcohol to wipe off smaller debris and oil.
3. Please turn off the Razer Mouse and provide it ample time to charge by plugging it into the charger or USB cable and letting it charge for 30 minutes.
