i hit my razer viper ultimate and immediately it disconnected and started blinking blue on the bottom. ive tried many things to fix this issue, none of which have worked. it doesn't even show up on synapse at all. it still turns on but just blinks blue as said

Thanks for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly to your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer. If the same issue persists, then feel free to send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
