Razer viper ultimate charging

Hi, I just received my new Razer viper ultimate, I've been using it for a day or so but now it ran out of battery somehow. I left it charging in the dock for quite some time and it showed that it was charging in the app. Now somehow it has run out of battery it seems and refuses to charge. I plugged it in with the cable without the charging dock and the green light flashes on the bottom of the mouse, but it doesn't seem to come alive. Its been quite a while since I plugged it in and still no life. I can't seem to find any meaning online to what the flashing green light is as an error code or charging etc. I know there's issues with the dock but I'm sure it was seated right because the logo lit up. Is there anything to try or am I doing something wrong?

    The dpi light is blinking green, thats the only sign of life the mouse gives. It doesn't respond to being turned on or off with the switch at all. Being plugged in only turns on that green light

    You can try to charge your mouse with smartphone power adapter, and see if something change... If not - RMA the mouse.

    I will try this, but is this a common issue with brand new mice? I used it fine for a day and then it just stopped charging with this green light flashing.

    Go back to the store you bought it at and they will replace it or send it to get repaired.
