I have been using the razer viper ultimate for some time and I have not had problems till now with its charging. In the app it says its charging but the charge will not go up. I have updated the firmware and cleaned the mouse. I dont know what to do now. Anyone else have this issue that has a fix?

Did you already try switching USB port or power source for further isolation? If you have a different charging cable to test the mouse with that will also be great. PM me the serial number should the problem persists so I can check our other options and kickstart a support ticket for a possible replacement. Thanks!
