Razer Viper Ultimate Charging problems.

As of the past few days ive noticed my Razer viper Ultimate has not been able to charge. I've tried both my dock and charging cable and am getting no results. I have also tried reinstalling drivers and synapse etc and still nothing. has anyone else experienced this issue and if so how have you resolved it.

    Hey, sorry to hear that your Razer Viper Ultimate is not charging. First, ensure that no debris or dust is impeding the contact between the mouse and the mouse charging dock. Afterward, follow the steps on this guide as it possibly fixes the issue.
