I noticed my razer viper ultimate charges really slow, like 1 hr for 3%, I also tried the wired charging, same speed, the softwares are all updated. but the problem persists.

Just for isolation, can you try charging your mouse on another computer to see if the issue persists? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the charging issue.
