Razer Viper Ultimate connection issue.

My mouse not connecting to pc via cable(mouse is charging but pc not seeing it, when connecting to pc no sound notification about connection either), and while usb dongle connected and mouse is on, synapse 3 says its off.

I’d try different cable if possible.

I tried few cables and every usb slot in pc, no luck. Also tried other pc.

Then may be damaged USB port in mouse or something wrong with mouse pcb.
