I’m trying to re pair my mouse after the dongle broke, so I got a new one. However when I connect my mouse with the wire, the computer does not recognize it. Despite this, the lights on the mouse turn on. Last night (before I had the new dongle) I tried the trick where you have the cord pulled out slightly and it recognized the mouse for a while but it stopped working after an hour or so, and I haven’t been able to replicate it since.
I don’t know if there’s anything else i can try or if i just need a new mouse.
