Good afternoon. My mouse recently started turning off randomly. I've tried everything: mouse firmware, BIOS firmware. This is my favorite mouse, and I really don't want to change it.

Hey there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the warranty status.
