Razer Viper Ultimate dock version battery drain

So I’ve had a razer viper ultimate dock version for about 2 to 3 years and though out the years its been really good. But in the past year i started seeing some problems with the mouse. Sometimes it would just stop charging in general and i figured out it must be the software, after the update everything started working again. But now I’ve ran into this problem again but this time all of the software is up to date. I’ve now been forced to basically use the mouse as a wired mouse. I’ve tried charging it on the dock and it berally made it to 4 percent. Even now that i use the mouse plugged in, it shows thats its charging but never actually charges. Help :/
