Hello. There was a problem with the wireless operation of the mouse. When the mouse is connected via cable, everything works. When without a cable, it glows but the cursor does not move. Tried reinstalling drivers - didn't help. Help, please. Important for work

razer viper ultimate does not work without cable
I tried a solution from r/mousereviews from reddit, and it seemed to work for me. So the steps were really easy, just jam the cable into the dongle since the cable needs to go into the base furthurer then you would expect. This worked for me, and it indicates that it works when the bottom part starts to shine green.
Donwnloaded the firmware installer. Says that my mouse needed an update. How do I even update my dongle if it keeps on disconnecting from my pc?

I now have the same issue, same mouse. I have tried on laptop and desktop same issue. It works fine with cable but when on wireless (usb connected to main computer) cursor does not move and buttons do nothing. The computer can see it but the mouse does nothing.
We need a solution please.
Sadly people in Razer are uncompetitive and lazy. They don't do anything with this problem.... Only what they want are money... next mouse i will buy rather from Logitech :)
Consider buying a mouse from ATK. They make good mice for a fraction of the price you pay for razer, logitech and other big companies.
