My Razer Viper Ultimate wireless dongle suddenly stopped working. It began randomly disconnecting and reconnecting every second, as if it were constantly being unplugged and replugged. The issue is continuous and makes the mouse unusable.
Is there anything I can do to fix this, and is this a known issue?
Additionally, I haven’t been able to find a replacement dongle in my region. Could you please provide the exact part number for the Razer Viper Ultimate dongle and advise where I can purchase a compatible replacement?
