I have always used my mouse in wireless mode with the dock. Recently, whenever the usb was pluuged into the dock or the computer, I would consistently get the windows device disconnecting and reconnecting sound effect. I have tried various different things and it seems to be the USB dongle that is causing the issue. Is there any way to get an OEM replacement or have the parts been phased out?
