My Razer viper ultimate mouse stopped connecting via dongle, although everything was fine before that.
I downloaded the pairing utility, but it crashes the pairing. Updating the firmware also doesn't help, because at the upgrade stage, the dongle reaches 40% and then resets.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
