Hey everyone!

I've been using my Viper Ultimate dongle connected to a KVM Switch (UGREEN Switch USB 3.0 5Gbps) for about 2 years now, switching my peripherals between a desktop and a MacBook.

I've never faced any issues with this setup, but for some reason over the past few weeks the dongle stopped lighting up and doesn't connect the mouse when I switch to my desktop (still charges it though). It only works when it's set to the MacBook. When I connect it straight to any USB port on my desktop, the dongle works properly.

This issue is exclusive to the Razer dongle — all other connected devices (a webcam and a mic) function properly. I've tried updating the firmware, connecting and disconnecting it from the KVM and both computers, uninstalling Synapse and also connecting the KVM to a power cable, but haven't had any success so far :(

Can anyone help me fix this?
