Razer Viper Ultimate dongle keeps disconnecting

Dear Razor support

I have a Viper ultimate in pink and the dongle keeps disconnecting all the time. 

I have tried everything that’s suggested on the website but it’s not helping. I think the dongle is broken. Do you know where I can get a new one at my location (Switzerland)?

I understand that your Razer Viper Ultimate’s dongle is experiencing a disconnection issues. To help narrow down the cause, could you please let me know if the dongle detected in Device Manager when connected (even if it disconnects shortly after)? Have there been any accidents or incidents recently such as drops, liquid exposure, bent ports, or force applied to the dongle or USB port that might have caused this issue?

 

Also, please send me a PM along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
