I recently got a new dongle for the viper ultimate as I lost my old one but when I try to pair the new dongle to the mouse with the pairing software it just says failed, try again, the pairing software finds both mouse and dongle but can’t pair them

I believe the dongle to be one that’s actually for the ult
+1Dongle is visible in Windows device manager when you’ll connect it? If not try it on another PC, check device manager, if it’s visible then try pairing.

it is visible in device manager it shows up as razer viper ultimate
