Wireless dongle is connected directly into USB port on motherboard and not via USB hub?
Here is a picture of the issue. I have also directly connected the mouse and the same issue.

Try on other PC, if it's still not working - dongle may be dead.
Dont have another pc available. Here is another picture. No clue how its not working.
This is with the dongle connected and the mouse charging on it but its not compatible?
Could you check if the dongle is visible in windows device manager?

Yes it does appear. I’ve also uninstalled drivers related to razor.

Try this cleanup driver utility, restart PC, re-insert dongle wait for driver install, check if it'll work.

It clears out HID stuff in a DOS prompt that runs? Ive also used that too and it didnt work. It just made me submit a ticket to Razer. Edit: That was the repair function. I did try the driver cleanup tool. Didnt help. Everything works except wireless connectivity and the firmware updater not working.
The tool just removes all razer drivers (even corrupted ones).

It look like something is wrong with the dongle, but it's visible in device manager... strange.

Still the best way to check - is to connect it to other PC, and Razer Support will prompt for this too.
