Razer Viper Ultimate Gaming Mouse Freezes During Firmware Update

I am translating Japanese.

 

OS: Windows 11

 

I'm updating the USB wireless dongle by plugging it into my PC, but it stops at 40%.

No change even after several hours.

No change even after restarting the PC.

 

Please advise on a solution.

Try removing all Razer Synapse-related files from your PC by downloading our Razer Driver Clean-up tool, then reinstalling the Synapse after including its updates. Once done, please redo the firmware update process. Let me know how it went. Feel free to send me a PM.
