Good day!
I am currently having a problem with my Razer Viper Ultimate, it takes time to charge compare to the usual charging time I had when I got this few years ago. I tried plugging it in for a few hours but the the battery I got is 5% only. When I left it charging overnight, it only charged up to 50%.
I tried using the mouse while charging but the battery percentage stayed the same. I tried cleaning the dusts in the charging port and even changed the charging cable but I still got the same problem.
I also tried updating all the drivers and firmware but the problem is still the same and I got no solution.
I badly need help with this one. Hoping you guys will respond to this inquiry. Thank you and have a good day!

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you try charging your mouse on another computer to see if it charges the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the charging issue.
