My mouse keeps disconnecting every few seconds, and the lights keep blinking. Any idea how to fix this? It also keeps showing as connected and disconnected on Razer Synapse. I have several Razer peripherals, but the issue only happens with my Razer Viper Ultimate.

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
