I’ve had my Razer Viper Ultimate since Christmas of 2023 and haven’t been able to use it wirelessly without it disconnecting/reconnecting very 3 seconds. On wired mode it works completely fine, but as soon as i try to use it with the dock it no longer works and continues to disconnect. I have tried updating razer synapse, uninstalling it / reinstalling it and nothing has seemed to help.
Same here, really weird and seems lots of people have this.
Using windows 11 and my guess it was related to windows new update and it breaks the dongle’s firmware.
