Razer Viper Ultimate Mouse Button 5 Not Working
I've had this mouse for almost two years now and I like it a lot. Lately, my mouse button 5 isn't being detected although it mechanically clicks perfectly fine. My guess was it's a software issue, so I've uninstalled and reinstalled the razer software, and I've updated my mouse's firmware. Haven't been able to fix it yet. This happened to me a couple of months ago and then fixed itself. Not sure what to do, any help would be appreciated,

Mouse Button 5 will occasionally detect after I hold down on it with a good amount of pressure for a couple of seconds
I've also had the exact same issue, just with my Deathadder Elite, not sure what's going on

I can't RMA my mouse if it's past its limited warranty correct?
Now none of my side buttons work... it's only been a year and a half with this mouse and the warranty expired after a year

If it's out of warranty, buy some good quality switches like Kailh GM 4.0 (but for side buttons you can but anything) and resolder the old one. It's fairly easy and cheap to do.

@ATrainIs01 You've pretty much covered all the suggested troubleshooting. I conclude that there is a problem with the hardware. Please PM me your device's serial number to validate the warranty status and look into RMA options.
