Razer viper ultimate not charging

I have had my taxes viper ultimate plugged in for a while and it constantly goes up one percent then appears to stop charging then starts again and then drains again, all my applications are up to date and the mouse’s power switch is turned off I’m not entirely sure what to do

    I’d test it on Synapse Beta (if you haven’t tried it yet) - maybe some problem with the battery indicator (software problem)… or the battery on Viper Ultimate may be dying.
