I bought a new dongle for my Razer viper ultimate since I lost my last one. When I try pairing it using the mouse pairing utility, the dongle is recognized for Step 1, but the mouse isn’t when I try connecting it using a cable for Step 2. I don’t have the original cable for the mouse so I’m using another micro-USB cable. I tested the cable and it works with other devices. Am I doing something wrong or am I missing something? Is there a specific cable that I need to use that works with the mouse?

We’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? If it does, then send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check the warranty status.
