Razer Viper Ultimate not working

My razer viper ultimate stopped working, both wired or wireless. Its been having problems where it stops working mid game,its lights turn off and the dpi light on the bottom starts flashing. Usually it would start working again eventually but this time it just wont. Tried reinstalling synapse and the drivers but it hasn't changed anything. Wired or wireless, the only thing that's happening is the dpi light on the bottom is flashing. The light will occasionally stay solid for a few seconds. Is it just a faulty mouse? I've looked pretty hard and haven't been able to find anyone with this same issue.
